DEFINITIONS
================================================================================

"Software"   means the Symfony SaaS Boilerplate source code, assets,
             documentation, and all associated files provided upon purchase.

"Licensee"   means the individual or legal entity that has purchased a valid
             license from the Licensor.

"Standard License" means a single-seat license authorizing use on projects
             owned or operated by the Licensee, for up to one (1) end client.

"Agency License" means a multi-seat license authorizing use on an unlimited
             number of end-client projects.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and upon purchase of a valid license,
the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
worldwide license to:

  1. Access and use the Software source code.
  2. Modify the Software to build one or more applications.
  3. Deploy applications built with the Software for commercial purposes.
  4. Use the Software on unlimited personal or own-company projects.
  5. (Agency License only) Use the Software on unlimited end-client projects.

RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee may NOT:

  1. Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
     or any portion thereof to any third party.

  2. Share access to the Software repository with individuals who have not
     purchased a valid license.

  3. Publish, open-source, or otherwise make the Software source code
     publicly available, whether in original or modified form.

  4. Use a Standard License on more than one (1) end-client project.
     An Agency License is required for multi-client usage.

  5. Remove or alter any proprietary notices, copyright statements,
     or license headers included in the Software.

STANDARD VS AGENCY LICENSE

  Standard License (€149):
    - Unlimited personal and own-company projects.
    - Up to one (1) end-client project.

  Agency License (€299):
    - Unlimited personal, own-company, and end-client projects.

OWNERSHIP
================================================================================

The Software remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.
Applications built by the Licensee using the Software are owned by the Licensee.

REFUND POLICY
================================================================================

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of
purchase. Refunds are granted only when the Software does not function as
described in the official documentation or live demo. Requests must be
submitted by email. Refunds are not automatic.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
================================================================================

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT
WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THIS SOFTWARE OR ITS USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from
this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of France.
